Zu meiner Vertragsübersetzung habe ich nun noch diese letzte Frage, die ich bisher übersehen hatte. Der Satz ist der gleiche wie gestern:

xxx warrants that XXX will direct the preparation, filing, prosecution and maintenance of the Licensed Patent Rights and that xxx will maintain the Licensed Patent Rights for the term of this Agreement

Was macht man mit einer Patentanmeldung, nachdem man sie abgegeben hat?
