Es scheint hier weniger um eine Einzelplatzlizenz zu gehen, als um das Recht auf die einmalige Nutzung eines Dienstes, z.B. einmal "pay per view" eines Filmes. (siehe link)
Ein anderes Beispiel wäre die einmalige Nutzung eines Bildes in einer Veröffentlichung im Gegensatz zu dem Erwerb der Rechte.
Eine griffige deutsche Formulierung habe ich leider auch nicht zur Hand.
Je nach Kontext könnte "Recht auf einmalige Nutzung" oder eine ähnliche Formulierung passen.
Oder einfach "Einmalnutzer" / "Einfachverbraucher"
