disagree  bambam: siehe Ingos Vorschlag, bei "aktuell" würde das ja auch implizieren, daß der Erfinder wechseln kann (Das ist zwar theoretisch im Patentrecht möglich -stichwort : widerrechtliche Entnahme -, aber nicht die Regel
