English to German translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law: Patents, Trademarks, Copyright | | English term or phrase: background IP | Dieser Begriff ist mir nun zum zweiten Mal bei Geistigen Eigentumsrechten in einem Lieferantenvertrag über den Weg gelaufen. Es geht um Intellectual Property, das der Lieferant praktisch mit in den Vertrag bringt und das eigentlich nichts mit dem Projekt zu tun hat... Manche lassen ihn stehen, das scheint mir hier allerding nicht ganz sinnvoll:
Background IP - means any Intellectual Property Rights to the supplier which:
- is in existence at the date of this agreement....
Gibt es dafür eine Entsprechung im Deutschen?? |
