English term or phrase: proprietary and confidential
Es geht um Dokumente eines Unternehmens ABC. Auf allen Dokumenten, hier Briefe an Lieferanten, ist in der Fußzeile standardmäßig vorgegeben: "ABC ***Proprietary and Confidential***".

Ist das nun "Eigentum", "geschützt" , "geheim" oder "proprietär" oder ganz was anderes?
Mit "proprietär" kann ich gar nichts anfangen.

Was das allerdings auf allen Dokumenten zu suchen hat, ist mir auch schleierhaft. Auf Lieferanteninfo kann es schon sinnvoll sein.
