A "residual knowledge" clause which states that anything

This is based on the presumption that it is impossible
for people to entirely keep straight in their minds what
information came from where.

Ich habe die deutsche Umschreibung zusammen mit dem engl. Begriff verwendet, den ich auf einer ganzen Reihe von dt. Fachwebsites verwendet gefunden habe. Diese Residual-Information-Klausel gibt es im deutschsprachigen Rechtssystem vielleicht gar nicht...
