Kann mir jemand sagen, was das bedeutet? Die Formulierung bekomme ich dann alleine hin ;-)
Bei Patenten habe ich "kollidieren" gefunden, kann das jemand bestätigen?

Hallo Doreen,

hier ist m.E. die Rede von (Patent-, usw.)Anmeldungen, die inhaltlich mit bereits registrierten Anmeldungen ganz oder teilweise übereinstimmen. Das nennt man dann wohl "kollidierende Anmeldungen".
