- Encode or de-sensitize the customer’s name by excluding it from the presentation. - Complete an “Invention Alert” form containing the information you plan to present. - Incorrect. An ***invention alert form*** is used if you think you may have created or discovered new IP. This question addresses how to protect information about your customer “Acme” in your presentation
- Label your presentation as “XYZ Confidential / Acme Account Team" - This is a good answer but not the best since the modifier label gives notice to the reader that your presentation should only be viewed by the Acme Account Team.
