neutral  bambam: unter Bezug auf o.g. LEO-Forum und De-Patentrecht würde ich "antragstellender Dritter" bevorzugen, damit ist klar, daß er keine Verfahrensbeteiligung hat, analog zu § 43(3) PatG, wobei die Reexam. auch Merkmale eines Einspruchs hat.
