Mich stört das "from". Heißt das, das Patent beansprucht seine Priorität aus dem vorläufigen Antrag? Falls ja, Priorität gegenüber wem oder was? Oder heißt es, das Patent erhebt einen Prioritätsanspruch gegenüber dem vorläufigen Antrag? Falls ja, wäre hier nicht "priority to" angebracht?
