Im Copyright-Abschnitt einer Softwarelizenzvereinbarung habe ich folgenden Satz gefunden: X is a registered trademark of Y, Inc. and/or its subsidiaries and/or affiliates.
Soweit ich weiß können sowohl "subsidiary" als auch "affiliate" als Tochtergesellschaft oder Tochterunternehmen übersetzt werden. Kann man das als Tochter- und Partnerunternehmen übersetzen oder gibt es dafür eine bessere Übersetzung? "Verbundenes Unternehmen", das bereits bei einer anderen Proz-Frage vorgeschlagen wurde, hört sich meiner Meinung etwas seltsam an.

-> Thanks for your comment. I know there are at least 8 ways to describe the word affiliate. Personally, I would translate it as Tochtergesellschaft or Partnerunternehmen, but since the asker is looking for other translations, I suggested the above two.
