oder *Recht am eigenen Bild (des Abgebildeten)* bin mir im Moment nicht ganz sicher, was in deinem Kontext zutrifft.

Im Zweifelsfalle würde ich zu Bildrecht tendieren.

Die Bildrechte sind die Urheberrechte des Urhebers bzw. Lichtbildners für seine Fotografien
