In full and complete consideration of the delivery of the film and of the rights licensed by Owner to Distributor hereunder, Distributor shall pay Owner, and Owner shall accept, the following:
a) Ten annual payments [...]

Gibt es eventuell sogar den Ausdruck "partizipatorische Lizenzgebühren" im Deutschen (nur geraten, bin noch nicht drauf gekommen, was hier gemeint ist)? Danke im Voraus.
