Hi Peiso22
Thanks for asking me to post this as an answer. I will do that to allow you to close the question properly. However, I had assumed you simply hadn't found the previous question because your text used "over" rather than "cover". I was happy to help you out by referring you to it and certainly wasn't expecting to receive points for doing so.
Kind regards,
Alison

übergehen, etwas hineinzulesen.. sich darueber hinwegzusetzen

Explanation:
will not be used to amend or add any claim in any patent application to allow such claim to read on, over, or dominate any invention
(that is a horrible sentence, even for patent literature)

wird nicht zur Aenderung oder Ergänzung eines Anspruches jedweder Patentanmeldung verwendet um einen Anspruch zu übergehen, etwas hineinzulesen*, oder sich etwa darüber hinwegzusetzen.
* going by what would make sense - original unclear

hope this is helpful. good luck on your translation

Definition of "read on"
Read On
A claim reads on something, if every element of that claim is present in that which it reads on. If a claim reads on prior art, then the claim is invalid. A claim must read on an accused device for infringement to occur.
