**Passive contract work**
From 1 January 2006, after the working, repair, reconstruction, or processing of a product exported temporarily to the territory of a third country, if the product is transported back to the customer ordering the service in its own name, the work performed on the product or the added material or if there is no such thing then the increase in value resulting from the work performed on the product shall serve as the basis of VAT.
