Wenn ein deutsches Unternehmen in Deutschland Papier herstellt, welches in die Niederlande transportiert und in einem niederländischen Lager aufbewahrt werden soll, so wird die Überführung des Papiers als so genannter erachteter innergemeinschaftlicher Vorgang eingestuft.
Die Übersetzung von deemed gefällt mir nicht - was könnte es in diesem Zusammenhang bedeuten? |
