Ich würde denken:
Arbeitslohn, Trinkgelder, anderes *Arbeitsentgelt*

"Compensation" kann ja auch "Abfindung" sein. Ich nehme an, in diesem Zusammenhang ist es eher allgemein eine "andere Form von Entgelt", abweichend von "Lohn"!?
