Die Arbeitgebersteuernummer (Employer Identification Number) wird für Formulare/Erklärungen usw. benötigt, die eben nicht in den gesamten USA, sondern nur in bestimmten Einzelstaaten gültig sind. Ich würde beides einfach zusammenfassen.
