Grundstücksübertragungen müssen im Grundbuch verzeichnet sein. Der Wert und der Umfang des Nachlasses muss also anhand der entsprechenden Unterlagen nachprüfbar sein.
In deinem Beispiel würde ich es verkürzt " gesetzlich abgesichert" nennen.
