Wenn da nur CHARITY stünde, wäre es für mich ok (Wohltätigkeitseinrichtung). Aber das "Exempt" davor verwirrt mich sehr.

Asker: Die Unterschlagung von "tax" hatte ich auch vermutet, allerdings heißt es 2x im Text nur "exempt charity...
