Bus/Financial - Law: Taxation & Customs / international assignments | | English term or phrase: housing differential | Es geht noch einmal um die steuerlichen Aspekte der Entsendung eines Mitarbeiters ins Ausland:
"Regardless of the assignment type, the employer pays all actual tax incurred on certain specified assignment benefits, including the relocation and special lump-sum payments, ordinary relation expenses, **housing differential** and schooling differential."
Ist dies die Wohnkostendifferenz zu den Mietkosten im Heimatland?

Ich würde die Miete weglassen, housing kann aus weit mehr Faktoren bestehen (Heizkosten, Energie, Steuern, Umlagen usw)

Bei der deutschen Miete sind Nebenkosten IN DER REGEL nicht enthalten (dafür gibts ja eine eigene NK-Abrechnung) und im Vergleich zur Triple-Net Miete in N.Y. sieht es dann ganz düster für den Expatriate aus (kann ich Dir sagen)

Wobei Bruttomiete ein recht dehnbarer Begriff ist - warte mal die nächste Nebenkostenabrechnung ab. |
