Der Sinn ist der, dass die entsandten Arbeitskräfte steuerlich nicht schlechter gestellt werden sollen, als wenn sie zuhause geblieben wären. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 Stunden (2007-09-17 15:45:20 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Bzw. genau genommen kann es zwar sein, dass sie höher besteuert werden, aber dann leistet das Unternehmen einen Ausgleich. |
