Kontext:
If Shares are sold during the Fund’s fiscal year, income accrued in the Fund in the period between the end of the completed fiscal year of the Fund and the time of the sale is taxable.

Under the legal conditions mentioned above, ordinary distributable income (interest plus dividends minus costs) and only 20 per cent. of the positive balance of *** stock capital gains *** and capital losses realised by the Fund to date are considered taxable income for the private investor.
