English term or phrase: thing

A supply of things other than goods or real property will be connected with Australia if:

(a) the thing is done in Australia;
(b) or the supplier makes the supply through an enterprise the supplier carries on in Australia; or
(c) . . .

‘Thing’ is defined as anything that can be supplied or imported . Examples of things that can be supplied other than goods or real property can be determined by reference to the meaning of ‘supply’ in section 9-10. A supply can be any form of supply whatsoever and, inter alia, can include the supply of goods, services or an obligation to do anything

Sonst denkt man an Wikinger statt an Australier ... :-D
