Es geht um die Entsendung eines Mitarbeiters ins Ausland:

You consent to ABC deducting from your base compensation and other source income, (including any amounts resulting from the exercise of stock options), the full amount of your U.S. ***tax norm*** (those taxes you would have been required to pay on ABC source income and private source income if you had remained in your home country as a tax resident, including local taxes). In the case you have or receive a US green card while on ABC assignment, you consent to ABC deducting from your base compensation, other ABC source income (including taxable stock option income) and private source income, the greater of the full amount of a U.S. ***tax norms*** if you had remained in the U.S. as Connecticut resident or home country ***tax norm***.
