Under EU regulations, product shipped between EU member states under tariff code 2707 5090, has to be shipped ***excise duty paid*** unless being delivered to a customer location with an excise approval number, in which case it can be delivered under duty suspension. Please can you inform xxx of your excise approval number as soon as possible to enable goods to be supplied on an excise suspended basis.
normal würde ich das als Incoterm "verzollt geliefert" verstehen, aber excise duty ist doch eigentlich die Verbrauchssteuer. Für andere Meinungen wäre ich dankbar.

I must confess I have never come across a similar formulation as per which taxes of what kind so ever are included in the forwarding or shipping expenses.

Explanation:
man kann es auch kompliziert formulieren aber ich bin der Meinung, dass es sich hierbei eindeutig um die "VAT-value added tax" bzw. MWst handelt. Zudem ist die Rede von einer "approval number" was meines Erachtens der in der EU gebräuchlichen MWSt-Nr. entspricht.

Wie sich aus einer simplen Recherche ergibt, ist das eine Zolltarif-Nr. aus dem Mineralölbereich.
Wenn dort also excise steht, würde ich das *unbedingt* so wiedergeben und mich keinesfalls auf MwSt. einlassen!!!
