Erneut aus einer Erklärung der aktuellen Steuervorschriften in Spanien (hier: Mallorca), die für den Besitz von Immobilen gelten:

B) PROPERTY WEALTH TAX.-
The base is taxed according to a progressive scale, between 0’20% to 2’50%. The taxable base will be the highest of the following values:
- The cadaster value.
- The purchase price declared on the deed of conveyance.
- The value estimated by the tax authorities.

Ich weiß nicht, ob es sich hier einfach um die Einkommenssteuer (in der vorigen Frage) oder die Vermögenssteuer (in diesem Fall) handelt, da sich die Steuern konkret auf den Immobilienbesitz in Spanien bzw. auf Mallorca beziehen. Vielen Dank für Eure Hilfe!
