es geht hier um die Übersetzung einer Resident Income Tax Return (long form) aus den USA.

ein Punkt lautet: Federal income and adjustments
darunter findet sich dann u.a. *ordinary dividends*

Wie kann ich dies ordnungsgemäß übersetzen? Passt ordentliche Dividende/normale Dividende auf Aktien???

Aus der Erklärung des IRS:"Qualified dividends are ordinary dividends that meet the requirements to be taxed as net capital gains." Damit werden.
Damit korrigiere ich meinen Übersetzungsvorschlag auf "reguläre Dividenden" im Gegensatz zu den qualified dividends (ermässigt bzw. unbesteuerte Dividenden) Die Feinheiten von Form 1040 und 1040A erspare ich mir hier.

  -> so, noch einmal außerhalb der Hektik: Unordentliches hatte ich nicht im Sinn ;-) inzwischen (nach Hans' Bemerkung oben) wäre mir Ausschüttung vielleicht sowieso am liebsten, siehe auch meinen Link unten
