Guten Morgen Sabine,

auf der Website der OECD wird "in-quota tariff" für Landwirtschaft und Fischerei so beschrieben:
"An in-quota tariff is the tariff applied on imports within a tariff-rate quota. The in-quota tariff is less than the over-quota tariff. " Ich denke, in Deinem Text könnte es dasselbe sein.
