Ich kenne das aus Verrechnungspreisgeschichten: controlled taxpayer sind dort dann "verbundene Unternehmen" und die anderen "nicht verbundene Unternehmen".

Asker: Es muss um den Fremdvergleichsgrundsatz gehen, denn die Unternehmen sind in jedem Fall miteinander verbunden. Und geprüft wird sicherlich die steuerrechtliche Zulässigkeit der Verrechnungspreise bzw. der zwischen den Unternehmen bestehenden Verträge. Sind dann die controlled transactions "Geschäfte mit verbundenen Unternehmen"?
