Once I had these releases it would have been legally possible for me to transfer the property into your name except that as the estate trustee I have a personal liability with repsect to any taxes (capital gains taxes, withholding taxes, ***recaptured*** income taxes, etc.)
Wie kann man hier "recaptured" übersetzen? Was bedeutet das in diesem Kontext. |
