Klingt zunächst ganz einfach (is es wahrscheinlich auch), aber wenn man zu lange darüber nachdenkt.. Ich schwanke im Moment zwischen Schenkungs- und Erbschaftssteuer (oder einem der beiden) und Verkehrssteuer. Was mich etwas stört ist, dass die Immobilie käuflich erworben wird. Schenkungs- oder Erbschaftssteuer fällt aber doch eigentlich (wie der Name sagt) nur bei Schenkungen oder Erbschaften an. Oder irre ich mich??? |

Exakt so ist es hier in British Kolumbien, nur zahlen wir hier 2% auf den gesamten Kaufpreis, allerdings ist ein kleiner Sockelbetrag frei. Entspricht weitgehend der deutschen Grunderwerbsteuer und wird nicht bei der Übertragung zwischen nahen Verwandten erhoben. Mit der Erbschaftssteuer hat die property tax m.E. ganz und gar nichts zu tun.
