**Obligations, undertakings and acknowledgements** of the Sponsored Member

The Sponsored Member undertakes to the Sponsor that it will comply with the XXX Requirements applicable to it from time to time and with the XXX admission agreement. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the Sponsored Member undertakes to the Sponsor that it:
1.1 will obtain before it acts as a Sponsored Member any authorization which it is required by law;
1.2 will notify the Sponsor without delay if it becomes aware of any inaccuracy in the information within the EEE Systems;
1.3 will make available to the Sponsor such information and/or records as EEE (through the Sponsor) may from time to time request for the purposes of carrying out its functions as Operator of the XXX Relevant System;
1.4 will notify the Sponsor of any changes in the information supplied to the Sponsor as part of the Sponsorship application;
1.5 will provide to the Sponsor such information in its possession as EEE may require from time to time in order for EEE to meet its obligations under the XXX Regulations (or any other relevant legislation);
1.6 will make available to the Sponsor for the attention of any investment exchange in respect of which EEE provides services as a recognized clearing house or as the Operator of a relevant system, any information which that investment exchange may require for the purpose of discharging its functions as an investment exchange; and
1.7 will notify the Sponsor immediately in accordance with the XXX Manual if its appointment as a sponsored member for any sponsor is terminated.
