English term or phrase: to be set
Es handelt sich um den Absatz mit den Lieferbedingungen zu einem Vertriebsvertrag zwischen 2 Handelsgesellschaften. Mein Problem ist das Verb "to be set", bei dem ich mir nicht sicher bin, ob es sich auf die Zahlungen oder die Währung bezieht:

"Terms of Deliveries to [company] (Prices, Discounts, Terms of Payment, etc.)
All payments have to be made in EUR or US$, subject to instructions from [company] and to be set at the date when the price list is delivered to [company]."
