In meinem Vertrag hier geht es in einem Absatz um das Abwerbundverbot für eine ehemalige Führungskraft:
Former Executive hereby covenants and agrees that during the period commencing on the date hereof and ending on the second anniversary of the date hereof, Former Executive shall not, directly or indirectly through another individual, corporation, partnership, joint venture or other person or entity (i) induce or attempt to induce any employee or consultant of the Company or any of its direct or indirect subsidiaries to leave the employ or service of the Company or any of its direct or indirect subsidiaries, or in any way interfere with the relationship between the Company or any of its direct or indirect subsidiaries and any employee thereof, (ii) hire any person who was an employee of the Company or any of its direct or indirect subsidiaries at any time during such period, (iii) induce or attempt to induce any customer, vendor, supplier, licensee, licensor, franchisee, distributor, broker, ***regulator*** or other business relation of the Company or any of its direct or indirect subsidiaries to cease doing business with the Company or any of its direct or indirect subsidiaries, (iv) in any way interfere with the relationship between any such customer, vendor, supplier, licensee, licensor, franchisee, distributor, broker, ***regulator*** or business relation of the Company or any of its direct or indirect subsidiaries (including, for the purpose of discussing, recruiting or attempting to recruit them to another company or making any negative or disparaging statements or communications regarding the Company, its affiliates or any of their respective employees, officers, directors, consultants or agents) or (v) cooperate with any other person or entity to engage in any of the foregoing.
