If any person holding shares as a ***bare nominee*** as contemplated by Article 20 ceases to be such a nominee and shall fail within twenty-one days of such event to transfer all the shares concerned to the original beneficial owner then such person shall be deemed to have given a Mandatory Transfer Notice in respect of such shares at such time thereafter as the Directors of the Company shall notify to him in writing.
