Es handelt sich um eine Vereinbarung die im Rahmen eines Rahmenvertrags zwischen den Parteien in jedem konkreten Fall zu unterzeichnen ist. Es geht um den Einsatz von Funkzellen im Zusammenhang mit Stadtmöbeln.

"If ABC wishes to operate a RAN Unit on the Sites of XYZ in a particular market in the Territories, XYZ shall sign an agency adherence agreement ("AAA") substantially in the form set forth in Annex ... within thirty (30) days of such request."

Genaueres zu diesen agency adherence agreements wird nicht ausgeführt, nur dass sämtliche Bedingungen des Rahmenvertrags in jeden AAA zu übernehmen sind.

Mir fällt gerade absolut nichts ein...
