total number of Class A Units to be sold in the Tag-Along Sale and (B) such Tagging
Person’s Percentage Interest and (ii) with respect to an Disposition of Class A Units
representing fifty percent (50%) or more of the outstanding Units, for any Tagging
Person in a Tag-Along Sale, that number of Units equal to the product of (A) the total
number of Units to be sold in the Tag-Along Sale and (B) a fraction, expressed as a
percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate number of Units held by such
Tagging Person at such time, and the denominator of which is the aggregate number of
Units held by all Partners at such time.

Na ja, ich habe eben "tag-along Portion" übersetzt und das ist halt dann die Person, die diese Rechte hält bzw. in den Genuss kommt bei Verkauf, oder?
