Es handelt sich um das Protokoll der Gesellschafterversammlung einer SARL, mit Sitz in Luxemburg.
Bei den Personen, die bei dieser Versammlung zum Schriftführer bzw. Wahlprüfer ernannt werden, steht hinter dem Namen "employee" und der Zusatz "residing professionally in Luxembourg".
Also wohnen die Personen wahrscheinlich außerhalb von Luxemburg, haben aber eine private Anschrift oder einen Zweitwohnsitz aus Berufsgründen in Luxemburg.

Etwas besseres als "aus Berufsgründen wohnhaft in Luxemburg" ist mir noch nicht eingefallen...

Aber das geht bestimmt eleganter!
