In dem Text geht es um einen Vertragshändlervertrag und unter dem Punkt Earlier termination erscheinen folgende Sätze:
This agreement is based on the *Distributor’s standing* at the time of signing of the agreement.
If the Distributors **standing** has changed materially, AMPCO is entitled to terminate the agreement before the expiry date by giving (3) three month’s prior written notice.

Ich habe unter proz.com *Existenz- und Vertretungsnachweis* gefunden, bin jedoch am überlegen, ob es hier nicht einfach nur "Status" heisst.
