Es geht um die Phrase "to cooperate with the settlement".
In einigen Abschnitten des Fusionsprotokolls wird auch das Settlement Date, sprich der Abwicklungstag, erwähnt. Theoretisch würde Settlement folglich für die Abwicklung stehen. Wie passt das mit to cooperate with zusammen? Oder hat cooperate with hier eine andere Bedeutung als zusammenarbeiten mit?

Asker: Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung, Frau Schmidt. Es geht um eine Fusion zweier Firmen und dass im Hinblick auf diese Fusion die eine Firma der anderen ein öffentliches Angebot bezüglich der Übernahme ihrer Aktien übermittelt.
