Vorladung Explanation: A definition of this, which is apparently a form of summons specific to Irish law, will be found at: http://www.oasis.gov.ie/justice/civil_case/originating_summo... Whether it has a direct equivalent in German law, I don't know, and I would suggest, for want of any better info, that it is explained in brief in a note. "We now enclose by way of service" is typical legalese, and merely means "we now enclose". The "by way of service" relates to the fact that the summons has to be "served" on the party summoned, and this legalese means "we serve upon you herewith". Bet it's an Irish text?? |
