Law/Patents - Law (general) | | English term or phrase: acquire and assume for | Es geht um ein Memorandum of Association einer Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft. Hier heißt es bei Aufzählung des Geschäftszweckes:
To acquire and assume for any estate or interest and to take options over, construct, develop or exploit any property, real or personal.
Frage: Bezieht sich 'to acquire and assume for' auf 'any estate or interest' - dann könnte man das 'for' doch eigentlich auch weglassen - oder gehört nur 'to acquire and assume' zusammen und 'for' definiert die Gegenleistung? 'To acquire and assume' wäre dann also mit Bezug auf 'any property' nach dem folgenden Schema:
To acquire and assume
for any estate or interest (...)
any property, real or personal.

"Akquirieren" ist ein technischer Begriff im Handelsbereich, während "Assume for" ein einheitlicher Ausdruck bildet, also "for" paßt nicht zu den folgenden Substantiven, sondern fungiert als eine Sinneseinheit des Prädikats;also "for" steht nicht für eine Gegenleistung, in deutscher Fassung läßt man es einfach aus.
