English term or phrase: gesamter satz...vor allem zweiter teil

Hallo

es gibt leider nich viel Kontext dazu. der Satz ist "das Kleingedruckte" am Ende eines Zertifikats in dem es um die Zusammensetzung und um den Gebrauch eines Lacks geht, das in Berührung mit Lebensmitteln kommt.

ES wäre toll, wenn ich eine komplette Übersetzung des Satzes bekommen könnte, da ich gerad am Ende den überblick verliere.
