Mir liegt ein Gerichtsbeschluss vor und ich bin etwas verwirrt über die Abgrenzung zwischen amend und re-amend in den folgenden Absätzen. Unterscheiden sich die beiden Bedeutungen?

1. The Third and Fourth Defendants each cease to be a party to these proceedings with immediate effect. The Claimant will file an *amended* Claim Form and amended Particulars of Claim with the Court deleting the Third and Fourth Defendant and serve the aforesaid documents on the First Defendant by 22 March 2007.

2. The First Defendant is to have leave to *re-amend its Defence and Counterclaim* in accordance with the *re-amended Defence and Counterclaim* served on 7 March 2007.

3. The Claimant is to have leave to *amend* its Defence to Counterclaim in accordance with the *amended reply and defence to counterclaim* served on 13 March 2007.

Da der Kläger seine Klageschrift aufgrund der veränderten Umstände abändert, muss der Beklagte seine Klageerwiderung auf diese abgeänderte Klage nun ebenfalls abändern. Ich glaube nicht, dass es hierfür eine 'offizielle' Übersetzung gibt, deshalb würde ich für 're-amend' auch nur abändern benutzen, oder, wenn es in den Kontext passt 'ebenfalls abgeändert' bzw. 'entsprechend abgeändert'.
