John and I have discussed the meeting agenda and believe it would be more prudent for your guys to send us the T&C’s that you want us to consider *as we will need to have Legal review same for comments*.

Den Satzteil in Sternchen verstehe ich nicht, kann mir jemand behilflich sein? Der Text ist oft fehlerhaft, kann es sein, dass das same an anderer Stelle stehen soll?!
