Ad Hoc Guardianship Committee
1. Permission to submit the recommended contractor directly to the AACOG Board – Ms. Chris Alderete informed that negotiation continues, a Request for Proposal was released and one proposal was received. The proposal was a joint proposal submitted by Catholic Charities and Family Services Association. The committee had numerous questions that needed to be addressed and concern was expressed over the Money Management component. At this time, Ms. Alderete asked Ms. Zernial to elaborate further.

Im Internet gibt es laut Google weder "ad-hoc-Pflegschaft", noch "ad-hoc-Vormundschaft". Offensichtlicht geht es auch nicht genau darum, sondern um ein ad-hoc übernommene Betreuung. Google bringt 70 Seiten mit "ad-hoc-Betreuung", z.B.:
Im konkreten Fall handelt es sich hierbei um „Ad-hoc-Betreuung“ bzw. „Betreuung zu außergewöhnlichen Zeiten“. Eine derartige „Ad-hoc-Betreuung“ wird beispielsweise bei Krankheit der Eltern, Krankheit des Kindes (bei Berufstätigkeit der Eltern), außergewöhnlichen Arbeitseinsätzen der Eltern oder dem Ausfall der originären Betreuungsform benötigt.
Ad-hoc-Betreuung wird in den Familienzentren u. a. durch Ehrenamtliche und Personen aus Erziehungsberufen im ALG-II Bezug sichergestellt.

Im unmittelbaren Anschluss an das blutige Geschehen im Gutenberg-Gymnasium wurde die psychologische Ad-hoc-Betreuung für die betroffenen Lehrer und Schüler sowohl als Gruppenbetreuung als auch als Individualbetreuung durch eine Stabsstelle organisiert. Gleichzeitig wurde eine zentrale Hotline eingerichtet.

Eine Ad-hoc-Vormundschaft ist mir noch nie begegnet. Sie widerspricht auch de´m Konzept der Vormundschaft als dauernde und umfassende Fürsorgetätigkeit.
Die Pflegschaft bezieht sich hingegen auf beschränkte Gebiete bzw. Zeiträume.
