Spielt zB eine Rolle bei Schadenersatzklagen in den USA (wer kann verklagt werden, die Angestellten? das Unternehmen?) und im Zusammenhang mit dem RICO.
Ist mir im Deutschen nur in ähnlicher Form bei der GF-Haftung bekannt (Haftung bei Geschäftstätigkeit vor Eintragung der Gesellschaft im HR).
Aber Juristen wissen da weitaus mehr darüber. |
