English to German translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Law (general) / Answer to Complaint (US, Florida)
English term or phrase:prompt or current shipment
"X consented for Y to ship, without any requirement for ***prompt or current shipment*** thereof, a specific number of the Y products [...]."
Does "current" here mean "without delay", "immediately"?
2-206(1)(b) and (2) describe those modes of acceptance. They are: (1) prompt promise to ship; (2) prompt or current shipment; or (3) beginning of requested performance, if it is "reasonable" under the circumstances. The first two are pretty clear.
