Es handelt sich ja um ein Geburtszertifikat also ist mit "Attendant at Delivery" die anwesende Person, die die Geburt bezeugt, gemeint. Wir suchen also nach Abkürzungen im medizinischen Bereich.

M.O. ist ein gängiger Begriff für den Medical Officer

Das O in o.o. kann eine Abkürkung für orderly sein (Krankenpfleger). Oder auch für "Obstetric" = Geburtshilfe. O.O. als Abk. kenne ich nicht, aber evtl. ist das "observing orderly" or "obstretic orderly"?
